Power of Words Aside

Positive change is something we all want, should have, and continually crave; change from glory to glory. In your job, business, finances, family, etc., you should always desire unending progress, because “the path of the just is as the shining light, that shines more and more unto the perfect day” (Proverbs 4:18).

Change, whether positive or negative, results from the words you pay attention to, and the thoughts they stir up in your heart. The Lord Jesus always taught His disciples to hear and think right. In Mark 4:24, He said, “…Take heed what ye hear….” Then in Luke 8:18, He said, “Take heed therefore how ye hear….” How you hear is as important as what you hear, because how you hear often determines your response and attitude, as well as ability to appropriate the power of the words that come to you. Words make or mar. Our lives are influenced by words; the atmosphere in your home depends on the words that are spoken in it. Your relationships are built on words. Our lives are so dependent on words that, not only do they affect our attitudes, they also affect our health and living conditions. Whether or not you’re living in faith or in fear is a function of what you hear, for faith comes by hearing (God’s Word: positive information); while fear comes through negative information. Many today have become faint-hearted from listening to media reports on the dwindling state of the world’s economy.

However, there’s one who never changes, and that’s the Almighty God; His Word is the same—yesterday, today, and forever. Jesus said, “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away” (Matthew 24:35). He’s given us His Word as the veritable agent to change and transform us from glory to glory: “But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Corinthians 3:18).

Say this to yourself: I declare that there’s prosperity, progress, joy and increase in my life and in that of my loved ones. Through the power and influence of God’s Word in my life, victory, promotion, and success are my hallmarks, in the Name of Jesus! Amen.

Accept What He’s Already Given You

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue (2 Peter 1:3).

This is one of those “shouting verses” in the Bible; you couldn’t read this and not be exuberant with praise to God. Think about it: there’s nothing He hasn’t made available to you in Christ Jesus. Everything you need to live triumphantly—in dominion, excellence, and righteousness—has already been given to you in Christ Jesus. The question then is, have you accepted what He has given you? It’s one thing for God to give you all things, but it’s another thing for you to accept what He’s already given you, and act accordingly. Having heard that His divine power has given you all things that pertain to life and godliness, you ought to talk and live as one who knows he’s got all things. God didn’t make a promise to give you all things; He already gave you all things. So talk like you own the world, for you do. 1 Corinthians 3:21 says, “…all things are yours…”; have that consciousness; refuse to let anyone or circumstances make you think, talk or act otherwise. Study the Word to know all that God has given you. For example, 1John 5:11-12 tells us, “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.” This means God has given us His type of life: the victorious life that’s not subject to Satan, disease, sickness, failure or defeat! No wonder in the very next verse the Apostle John exclaimed: “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God” (1 John 5:13). Philemon 1:6 teaches that the communication of your faith becomes effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing, which is in you in Christ Jesus. Therefore, be bold to affirm, proclaim and rejoice about all that God has given to you in Christ Jesus: sing, dance, and shout about it!

Say this to yourself: I’m who God says I am, and I have what He says I have. I’m an heir of the Sovereign, and I’m reigning as a king in life. Eternal life is my present-hour possession! Yes! the victorious life is mine; I live above sickness, disease, poverty, failure, and death, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Accept What He’s Already Given You

Use Your Faith

…Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.  Matthew 17:20

The Word of God is real and true, but that doesn’t mean the experiences of your life will automatically line up with it. You’re the one to make them so. This is the fight of faith the Apostle Paul talked about in 1 Timothy 6:12: “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”

You’re the one to appropriate all that Christ has accomplished on your behalf in spite of everything your physical senses may otherwise perceive. You’re the one to subdue the circumstances around you, the forces or the symptoms that attack you, and effect the change! There’re those who say, “I believe the Word, but why are things not working out right for me?” It’s like someone who’s hoping that God will set him free someday; that’s not going to work, even though he believes it, because that’s not faith.

“Believing” the Word is not enough; your believing must translate to faith. Faith declares the Word to be real and true NOW, and acts accordingly. The contrary circumstances will not change by themselves, or change because you believe. Romans 10:10 says, “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness….” Believing sets your heart right with God; it makes your heart acceptable to Him; that’s the reason you know in your heart that God loves and accepts you, but that’ll not change the circumstances of your life. For your situation to change or to maintain a life of continuous progress and triumph, it’s got to be by your faith.

Hebrews 11:1 says “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Faith is calling real that which you’ve hoped for; you count it done now! It’s like the title-deed to a property. You don’t have to be in the property to know it’s yours; faith is the title deed. Take a hold of God’s Word and affirm your healing and health, prosperity, success, and victory in Christ Jesus! The second part of Romans 10:10 says, “…with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

Say this to yourself:

My faith is the victory that overcomes the world; nothing is impossible unto me! I live victoriously today because I live in, and by, the Word; I’ve taken hold of my victorious life in Christ Jesus, basking gloriously in health, peace, prosperity, success, and abundance, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THE RUSH FOR RUSSIA

The largest country in the world, Russia, is brewing for a special time of celebration and fanfare as another Russian Day comes up on the 12th day of June. This annual holiday, officially launched in 1992, was designed to celebrate the existence of the Russian nation. It is also on this day that the ReachOut Campaign 2012 for Russia was held; a perfect complement for the National Day.

Great expectations and excitement is in the air as ReachOut Russia 2013 gains momentum in the European and Asian nation. An aftereffect of the impact made by last year’s campaign.

The 2012 celebration was awesome and memorable with the ReachOut Campaigns. It was not only a moment to celebrate the nation but also an opportunity to reach out with the love of God. The ReachOut Campaign started on the 2nd of June 2012 with a Charity movement called the “Soup Kitchen”. This Charity was held every Saturday, throughout the month of June. Partners of the Rhapsody of Realities reached out to the homeless people who lived around the train stations with food and clothes as they shared the word of God with them. Over 80 people befitted from this laudable project.

On the 9th of June 2012, Partners of the Rhapsody of Realities visited the Dom Maos Orphanage in Tver bearing gifts of clothes, shoes and writing materials for the 252 children who found a haven in the orphanage. Free copies of the Rhapsody of Realities were also given to the children and staff members of the Dom Maos. The children and the management of the orphanage were extremely delighted to have the Partners. It was the first time a Christian organization came to succor the children. This move also educed the support of the foreign education ministry of Tver.

The D-day, June 12 2012 was a climax of the events as the Partners marched out in colorful branded outfits, storming malls, parks and public centers, celebrating the transformation of the nation in a carnival that attracted many people from different walks of life. Many who received free copies of the Messenger Angel started reading immediately while some even requested for more to give their folks who were not present at the carnival.

Once again, the Partners of the Rhapsody of Realities are getting set for an even more spectacular ReachOut Russia 2013. This year promises to be more exciting as the Partners have started strategizing for bigger charity projects and a sweeping impact.

SALVATION DAY IN NORWAY

The 17th of May, every year, is a day when the nation of Norway celebrates her independence. This day ignites so much exuberance among citizens and residents of the Nordic nation. Streets filled with celebration, people dressed in national colours, singing and partying in remembrance of how the country was liberated in 1905 from oppressive powers, which restricted her of her independence for many centuries.

The Norwegian Independence Day celebration of 2012 was very different and unique in every step of the way as Partners of the Rhapsody of Realities transformed the event and re-wrote history. It was commonplace to see people friendly and frenzied on the Independence Day; but it was unusual, until then, to see groups of people giving out free books and spreading numinous salvation on a day set-apart to celebrate mundane salvation.

The Partners were dressed in Norwegian national colours as they paraded the streets of Oslo in intense joy and delight. They practically redefined “Independence” to the Scandinavian nation. The people were initially perturbed, but after they listened to the message from the Partners; they were not only delighted but also joined the march.

It’s awesome what the word of God can do. Several thousands of Rhapsody of Realities was given to residents of the Nordic capital city on the day. Now, in 2013, Norway is bracing for another historic moment with the Rhapsody of Realities as the people are looking forward to another opportunity to be blessed in a unique way that only the world’s bestselling devotional can do.

May 17, for every year to come, will not only be celebrated by the Norwegians as Independence Day, but also as salvation day. Thanks to our Messenger Angel.

TRUE PATRIOTISM

Patriotism is the love of and devotion to one’s country. Patriots and their works drove the greatest nations in the world. I have seen and heard of many men and women who laid down their lives for the freedom and independence of their country. What a sacrifice! Such gallantry and chivalry are irreplaceable. Many developed nations today are benefiting from the investments of patriotic actions made by generations before them.

ReachOut campaigns are all about patriotism and loyalty to one’s country. The campaigns focus on driving patriotism through the word of God because we believe its high time Christians stood up for their countries. A man who has God’s Spirit living in him will surely act like God, even when he’s a leader of a nation.

Over the years, ReachOut campaigns have reformed the mindsets of people around the world; releasing the spirit of true patriotism in every nation where the campaigns held. Endless testimonies always follow each campaign. Moreover, not just testimonies from partners and participants in the campaigns but endorsements from leaders and prominent figures also – signs of a noble cause.

If you have ever participated in a ReachOut campaign, then you definitely would agree with me. And if you have never participated in a ReachOut campaign, why not? What are you waiting for? Click here to learn how you can participate in, or even start a campaign in your locality.
